Featuring helix-wound nichrome heating elements, the kits deliver rapid heat transfer by positioning the elements directly in the airflow. This design ensures lower element temperatures and extends the lifespan of the components. Each heating element is equipped with a precisely located limit control that includes a fixed shut-off temperature and automatic reset for added safety. An additional thermal cutoff limit provides a secondary layer of protection in the event of excessive temperatures.

Heater control relays are included as standard and operate the elements in equal increments, turning them on and off sequentially based on signals from the control board, with built-in time delays between each stage for efficient performance.
